Tulips in Washington

While on vacation in Washington,
we visited the Roozengaurd Tulip Festival,
as well as attended the Christian Heritage Home Builders Conference in Kirkland.
Both events were amazing.
 First, the Tulips:

The millions of tulips were so beautiful.
The diversity of shapes of tulips, the variance of colors and color combinations was magnificent.

This one is my favorite, it is called Apricot Beauty.

Although this looks like it could be a rose, this is a gorgeous tulip, whose beauty is enchanted by rain drops.

The awe-inspiring fields full of tulips made a great backdrop for family photos.

O glorious day!

  2. Oh how beautiful is your family among the tulips.

I hope you had a wonderful time at the conference where God's truth sent forth. I am so grateful when we're able to go to a conference and soak up His word.

Thanks for the post, have missed reading about you and your family.

    Resting in Him,

  5. I love your photos of the tulips - they are so beautiful. I can't remember how I found your blog other than blog jumping, but it is inspirational.

My husband and I want so much to do what you do (off the grid and self sustaining as possible). We are hoping that we will be able to do this one day.

I haven't visited in a while, so I thought I'd spend this evening visiting inspirational blogs.

Have a lovely & blessed week,
    Monica
