I've also learned to read my Bible while the kids are playing, even when it is particularly noisy.Beverlyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16389897064519307989noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36556945.post-91282931157726616082012-09-18T18:47:51.429-07:002012-09-18T18:47:51.429-07:00Julianne,
I have found this to be a blessing also...Julianne,

I have found this to be a blessing also. I felt guilty so often for not being able to stay awake in the evenings to have my quiet time or I would get up early and then I would hear tiny little feet coming down the steps and crawl into my lap and we would snuggle....and my quiet time would come to an end. So out of desperation I just started talking to God all day long. The children would often ask, "Who are you talking to?" I would just smile.
I really love you openness. I like to think I'm getting some things right. :)

Thanks for sharing; I treasure your posts so much.

KimKimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05704814955642247372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-36556945.post-54030837200438269162012-09-15T00:48:08.631-07:002012-09-15T00:48:08.631-07:00Yes, so true! My children are older now (10 - 27) and I find that as I lie on my bed 1st thing in the morning, I'm brought to prayer for each of them before I even arise for the day. So much MORE to pray about as they get older! I didn't expect that when nursing them :). It is a joy to see you expressing your joy in your little ones.
