I have just found your blog and it has made my eyes well up with tears! Your family, faith and home are just so lovely and inspiring. My husband and I have quite recently become empty-nesters and I in particular feel the pain quite strongly. However, we have one grandchild (age 2) and another on the way. You do seem to be very wise, Godly parents and I thank God for you and your ministry through your blog.
